We begin with a 15 minute No Cost Consultation on the phone to discuss your condition(s), concerns, and goals to see if Active Modulation Therapy - The Diamond Method is a fit for you. 

After a brief 15 minute phone consultation, if we both agree that this partnership could provide you pain relief, an Initial 90 minute consultation will be scheduled.

The  Initial 90 minute Evaluation is to gain information to determine the root cause of your pain and to better understand your current pain levels and situation. An assessment of your range of motion, muscular strength/weaknesses, and posture (while sitting, walking and/or standing) will be documented.  A full history will be gathered on other therapies/modalities you have tried and talk about any of your other health concerns. 

Based on the findings, a complete plan of action will be designed to provide you the quickest pain relief and the most comprehensive improvements we can achieve together.

During your in office Initial Consultation with Amber, your range of motion, muscular strength/weaknesses, and posture (while sitting, walking and standing) will be assessed.  A full history will be gathered on other therapies you have tried and talk about any of your other health concerns. Based on the findings, a complete action plan will be designed to provide you the quickest pain relief and the most comprehensive improvements we believe we can accomplish with you!

On Initial Consultation day, you will also receive a targeted session of Active Modulation Therapy and begin your journey to reduced pain. A series of 4-5 additional follow-up sessions will be scheduled 2-4 days apart to ensure continued reduction in pain through repetitive neuromuscular re-education.

Our GOAL with STOP The Pain Program is to get you out of pain and improve your ability to move your body with less stress, strain, or pain.  We will educate you on proper biomechanics and ergonomics (How to lift, bend, sit, work, etc) to improve your posture which reduces or eliminates stress, strain, and pain.
