Laura Briggs, LMT
Laura is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner. Drawing on Kriya massage as the foundation, she skillfully techniques to help clients with chronic pain and injuries find relief and assist in their sense of well-being.
Laura's deep understanding of the body’s intricate systems, combined with a compassionate approach, allows her to tailor each session to the unique needs of her clients.
With over a decade of experience, including eight years running her own practice, Laura is excited to return from a brief hiatus, bringing renewed energy and expertise to every massage as she reconnects with clients and welcomes new ones.
Outside the treatment room, Laura channels her creativity and love for nature into her flourishing vegetable and herb gardens, as well as into her handmade creations. She also enjoys delving into genealogy, uncovering the rich tapestry of her family’s history.
